Gardesana Active Apartaments è il punto di riferimento per chi desidera affittare appartamenti a Malcesine per vacanze indimenticabili sul Lago di Garda. La famiglia Monaci ha dato vita nel 2011 a questa struttura, dopo aver già gestito con successo l'Hotel Gardesana dal 1970 al 2010. Mamma Elena accoglieva i clienti, mentre papà Adriano gestiva la Scuola Italiana Sci. I figli, Carolina, Osvaldo e Pietro, hanno sempre aiutato e partecipato alla vita dell'albergo, fino a gestire oggi gli appartamenti e la scuola di sci.

Le nostre soluzioni per l'ospitalità sono molto accoglienti e ricche di comfort. Prendono il nome di Terra, Acqua, Aria e Montebaldo e si distinguono in base ai colori e all'arredamento. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di servizi, cucina, una o più camere da letto e tutti i più moderni comfort. Tutti gli appartamenti sono ubicati nella stessa struttura tranne i Montebaldo, che si trovano a circa ottocento metri di distanza.

I tre appartamenti Terra si trovano al primo piano; altri tre appartamenti Acqua sono al secondo piano e altrettanti appartamenti Aria al terzo. Questi ultimi vantano una vista panoramica sulla montagna e sui dintorni. Qui potrai trascorrere piacevolmente il tuo soggiorno, sia in estate che d'inverno, partecipando alle diverse attività che si possono praticare in questi luoghi.

Per esempio, con Carolina potrai apprendere le tecniche del Nordic Walking e del Fitwalking. Con Osvaldo imparerai a sciare e apprenderai il segreti del telemark. Pietro, invece, è direttore della Scuola Sci Malcesine e Guida di Mountain Bike. A new structure completely renovated with the privilege of a central position which permits guests to reach the Historic Centre, Scaliger Castle, restaurants, bars and the port: in just 5 minutes you can access the beautiful beaches, the lakeside cycle path, the promenade and the Monte Baldo cable car. Excellent departure point for hill walking or mountain biking with breathtaking lake views.
On the ground floor of the structure, the friendly and dynamic “Active Bar” maintained by Pietro and his staff… then possibility of delicious breakfasts at reasonable prices, snacks throughout the day and entertainment for the evening with cocktails and specialty drinks. Under the arches of “welcome” the sporting goods store “100-one” open all year with a wide range of articles aimed at your sport.
In front is the “pizzeria Caminetto” offers a wide selection of dishes, pizza, salads, pasta … the operator Mario welcomes you with a discount of 10%.
APARTMENTS
The newly structured building is composed of 9 apartments subdivided on 3 floors, accommodating a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests, with the possibility of a choice of mountain (Monte Baldo), historic centre or partial lake view. Comfort, warmth, practicality and elegance are the formulated ingredients for accommodating a sport loving client but also “reserved” and therefore ideal for families with children.
EARTH, WATER, AIR and MONTE BALDO are the typology of the apartments and with thoughtful consideration of the clients need they have all been given the name of a sport which Malcesine has the great fortune to be able to offer. The Monte Baldo apartments (Snowboard and Skate) are only at 800 metres from Gardesana Active Apartments, surrounded by olive trees with swimmingpool, tennis and children’s garden. All the apartments offer Satellite TV, Internet WIFI, full equipped kichen and parking. Including in price sheets and towels.

Der Neubau besteht aus 9 Apartments, aufgeteilt in 3 Sockwerke. untergebracht werden 2 Personen bis maximal 8 Personen, mit der Auswahl zwischen Seeblick, Blick auf die Altstadt oder den Bergen. Comfort, Waerme und Eleganz bieten unsere Apartments. Geeignet fuer den sportlichen Gast, sowie fuer Familien mit Kindern.
ERDE, WASSER, LUFT und MONTE BALDO so sind die Apartments aufgeteilt, je nach Bedarf unserer Gaeste. Jedes Appartment beinhaltet einen Namen der Sportmoeglichkeiten die Malcesine bietet. Das Snowboard und Skate Apartment (Monte Baldo) sind nur 800 mt von Gardesana Active Apartments entfernt, umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit Swimmingpool, Tennis und Garten für Kinder. Ausgestattet ist jedes Apartment mit: Fernseher (Satelit), Internet- Wifi Verbindung, einem Safe mit Unterbringung eines PC.
